Study of the head. It starts by a reflection on the head as a body subject to gravity, and considered as an input parameter in the dynamics of common action movements of the body. The head is not only a body part but also the centre of brain activity.
The path evolves into an analysis of sleep stages. Initially, the breathing is slower, the heartbeat slows down, the body temperature is lowered and the muscles relax. Only during the last stage, the mind is detached from reality, the brain activity is more active, dreamy, and we lose the ability to move the total.
A reflection of the head as a source of movement-related activity in the dream.
